Before vs After

I love a good before & after, I think that is why I watch so many home improvement shows. I love a good remodel and feel that I might just be creative enough to pull it off myself. I have a project in mind if I can find a small, older camper.

But today I am thinking of my dirty camper that I didn't clean before we put it in storage last year. To be fair, we camped super late into the fall last year and it got to be a race to winterize. So now I am dealing with a ton of leaves and grim. But the good news is that it survived another winter critter free! Bonus: none of my wall decals or deco fell off the walls either!
Do you clean your camper before you put it in storage? Are you the kind of person that wants to walk in May 1st to make the beds and get to it? Or are you a procrastinator that figures why clean twice??? Do you have a pile of leaves to sweep out?

Speaking of procrastinating, I also have a broken curtain that I have been meaning to fix for 2 years. I bought the parts, watched the video on how to do the repair, but here we are with a broken curtain still.
Are you a fix it in the fall, fix it in the spring or fix it later person? I feel like I have good intentions to fix it now...but then life gets busy or it's raining. ha!
Last summer we had a great summer adventure, and were able to live in our camper for 6 weeks. Honestly, it was tight, but I didn't miss my house. As a family, I really think it brought us closer together. Would I love to have a bigger camper, yep! But I sure am happy that we have a camper that allows us to get out there.

The first thought that struck me when we got home was how incredibly large our tv at home is! And then everyone went to their own rooms and we were spread out across the house, and I just longed to be smashed in our 30-foot camper again. Well, camping season is hear again, and the camper truly is my happy place!
